Grant Writer

Richie's Spirit Foundation (RSF) seeks a part-time Grant Writer who will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, writing grant proposals, and securing funding. The Grant Writer will play a pivotal role in helping RSF's growth of resources and expansion of programming. The position will work remotely and report to the Foundation Coordinator. Qualifications include exemplary communication and computer skills, a proven track record of non-profit grant writing, exceptional persuasive writing and editing skills, strong time management skills, a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with RSF's leadership team. Must have a strong knowledge of grant opportunities for non-profits, with special consideration given to candidates with a background in health/medical causes. The ideal candidate lives in the greater NYC area; however, this location is not mandatory. No benefits.
