Transplant Financial Assistance Grant

Richie’s Spirit Foundation recognizes the financial burden an organ transplant has on a family. To help alleviate some of these pressures, Richie’s Spirit Foundation has set-up a Transplant Financial Assistance Grant, which will help off-set some of the expenses for a family with a child waiting for or who recently received a lung transplant. Grants will be awarded in the form of gift cards for gas or groceries.

In our beginning year, Richie's Spirit Foundation will be awarding grants to families at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where Richie received his double-lung transplant. To learn more about St. Louis Children's Hospital Pediatric Lung Transplant Program, please click here.
